Pietro di Bernardone combines two ancient Italian unparalleled legacies: manufacturing tradition and the ability to generate wonder, so as to offer his customers the experience of dressing a garment which becomes a harmonious exchange between body and personality by choosing pattern, cut and all other details such as lapels, buttons, inner lining, collar, buttonholes and cuffs.
Pattern makers, tailors, knitters, embroiderers: a team of craftsmen with excellent knowledge and refined workmanship carefully shape the fabric to create unique garments with timeless style and unrivalled attention to detail, giving complete form to desire.
Made to Measure
MtM garments are created from a pre-existing pattern, totally personalized and constructed to the customer’s needs and taste.
Measurements are taken exclusively by using a sample garment – this makes it easier to see how the garment fits and looks – at the same time it is integrated with the body measurements.
From these measurements a new pattern is created, totally custom-made and of the finest craftsmanship, but not cut and sewn by hand.
Once the garment is completed, a second fitting is planned and then delivered within the next three working days.

L’abito nasce nello stesso modo del Made-to-measure, ma alla lavorazione vengono aggiunti molti passaggi a mano in sartoria e la giacca al suo interno è completamente intelata.
Il progresso tecnico permette di agire su dettagli e modifiche un tempo impensabili per le lavorazioni a macchina, perciò crediamo di essere molto vicini al Bespoke, soprattutto quando questa lavorazione è arricchita con numerosi passaggi a mano.
Bespoke
Il committente, che solitamente già apprezza e conosce la sartoria su misura, al primo incontro con il maestro sarto, esprime quanto desidera.
In questo caso la rilevazione delle misure è unicamente corporale.
Successivamente il maestro sarto taglia il prezioso tessuto, dopo averlo segnato con il gesso, creando un modello unico.
Il nostro bespoke è realizzato da mani espertissime e qualificate. Vista la cura dedicata ad ogni singolo capo, questa produzione vede la luce in esemplari limitati, con tempi di creazione naturalmente più lunghi delle altre tipologie di servizio.
Grazie alla natura strettamente artigianale del servizio, mai potranno esserci due abiti uguali, anche per lo stesso committente, che valuterà come pregi i tempi necessari e le tre prove sartoriali, poiché l’abito lo accompagnerà per tanti giorni felici, diventando parte della sua storia.
